6. Payment Security

Online payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers in our systems. We do not request payment card information by email. Card payments may also be accepted through approved offline methods, such as our point-of-sale terminal, where applicable.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain accounts, complete transactions, provide customer service, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

  • Delete personal information, where deletion is permitted

To make a request, contact us at [email protected] or visit our Contact Us page.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request, including by matching information you provide against our records. We may deny or limit a request where permitted or required by law, including where information must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, security, transaction, or recordkeeping purposes.

We do not currently respond to Global Privacy Control signals.

9. International Users

Our Site is operated from the United States and is intended primarily for customers in the United States, although we also accept a limited number of international orders. If you access the Site from outside the United States or place an international order, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States.
